We have offshore team-building experience and aim to help businesses leverage global talent. **About This Role**: As a Paid Media Buyer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing programmatic ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand visibility, and achieving measurable ROI for e-commerce brands. Your expertise in data-driven advertising will help propel our clients’ campaigns to the next level. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop, execute, and manage programmatic ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA. - Conduct audience research and segmentation to target high-value users effectively. - Design and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, and targeting. - Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality ad content that aligns with brand messaging. - Stay updated on trends in programmatic advertising and e-commerce to leverage innovative techniques. - Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive performance reports to inform stakeholders. - Manage ad spend efficiently to meet client goals while maintaining cost-effectiveness. **Software/Platforms/Tools**: - Facebook Ads Manager - Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping Campaigns) - Google Analytics - Programmatic Ad Platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk preferred) - A/B Testing Tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) - Reporting Tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) **Qualifications**: - Must be based in Latin America. - At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience. - 3+ years of professional experience in paid media buying, with a focus on Facebook and Google Ads. - Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI. - Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights. - Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization strategies. - Knowledge of e-commerce advertising trends and best practices. - Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus). - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with additional programmatic platforms or tools is a bonus. **Shift Schedule**: - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US PST **Application Note**: Applicants must submit their resumes in English to be considered for the role.
