The KC Finance Process Excellence and Training Manager at Finance Knowledge Center Bogota is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standard processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, improving quality and productivity, and managing training and learning programs for finance employees. This role focuses on harmonizing site-specific tasks, managing changes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and designing finance training initiatives that align with global standards. The manager collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance employee experience and supports global projects to increase overall process excellence and training effectiveness. How you create impact Lead Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, applying continuous improvement methodology. Lead Process Excellence and Training in initiatives: work closely with the Process Excellence Specialist (“SME”) in AR and AP, which have a dotted line reporting into the position. Lead a small team of process specialists for the transactional tasks. Establish and harmonize standard processes: Work closely with the SME towards the harmonization of processes and tasks within the site. Develop and regularly review standard working instructions and process flows; Finance Training content: Ensure global HR standard and tools are used for the site's finance training programs. Support the development of the global finance training framework in close collaboration with GPO and the global Finance People department as well as other Finance Centralized Service departments. Rollout and Train Processes: Implement and train staff on new or changed finance processes Site specific Finance Training Programs: Create site-specific finance training programs and high-quality training materials to meet the unique needs of our teams and develop comprehensive training and development tailored to the different positions in the site. Monitor and Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously assess the impact and the effectiveness of training programs in close collaboration with HR and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes as needed. Develop Employee Experience (EX) Programs: Create finance and site-specific initiatives based on staff survey results, in close collaboration with HR, to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Support Global Training Programs: Enroll and support global training initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR and organizational objectives What we would like you to bring Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, project management, training and development in the finance area, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a Shared Service environment is a plus. Languages: very strong command in Spanish and English Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Knowledge: Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), black belt or master black belt. Advanced expertise in data analysis tools and software. Familiarity with training methodologies, program development, and evaluation techniques.
