Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive data model for call center analytics tables using data modeling techniques. - Design and implement a data architecture process that resides in Azure ML (AML) and runs weekly, generating automated standard reports on predefined metrics related to call center performance and phone ordering. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, and build notebooks and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Write complex SQL queries to manipulate, clean, and extract data from relational databases. - Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analytics pipelines. - Work closely with business teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reporting and analysis processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Solid experience as a Data Analyst. - Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases. - Knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting. - Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking). Nice to Have: - Hands-on experience with Call Center Analytics. - Experience working with Azure cloud technologies. - Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
