Job Overview Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of our infrastructure and deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions. Job Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using tools like Terraform. Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Podman. Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate microservices. Set up and maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana. Implement logging solutions with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to ensure observability. Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, particularly RHEL, ensuring system stability and security. Automate system tasks and configurations using Python scripts. Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines. Lead the adoption of DevOps best practices and mentor team members. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a DevOps Architect or in a similar role. Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying microservices. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Familiarity with logging tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go. Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Organized and analytical working style with the ability to plan independently. Initiative and drive to excel.
