You’re comfortable diving into the details of workstreams, you’re autonomous, you have excellent self-discipline and personal organization, you are client-focused, and you have good interpersonal skills. **Role and Responsibilities**: - Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system requirements, configurations, and customization. - Collaborate with other functional consultants and with other system integrators. - Prepare and support data migration. - Provide training to business users. - Support Go live and Hypercare phases with project team. - Participate in all project activities with multidisciplinary teams. **Essential Qualifications**: - 10-15 years of experience in the implementation of SAP projects; two of the following modules required: MM/WM/SD/LE/PP/QM/PM - At minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations (or equivalent experience) configuring their respective modules (S/4HANA preferred) Full lifecycle should include: - Lead Design workshops - Business requirements gathering - Fit gap analysis - RICEF Specification - Customizing local integration testing - Training and coaching local Key users. - Support local UAT testing and end users training. - Cutover activities - Support Go live and Hypercare phases with project team. - Experience in design, executing a business blueprint, customizing testing and writing business requirements specifications that can be understood by a technical process team - Must be able to provide technical stewardship of end-to-end integration solutions between SAP and other SAP and non-SAP systems (3PL, planning software, TMS,...) - Must have experience integrating with other SAP modules and business areas (Customer Service, Finance, among others) **Requirements**: - Excellent communication and analytical skills, demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. - Demonstrate ownership and leadership in a project from design to execution. - Experience in Green and brown field implementation. - Core Model and Roll Out implementation experience. - Excellent communication to face business users and lead workshops. - Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills; both oral and written are a necessity. - Ability to travel to the USA. **Desirable Qualifications** - Master’s degree a plus - SAP certification(s) highly preferred Join us at Keyrus Colombia!
