Impact on our ecosystem: The Fulfillment team aims to create an efficient marketplace, enhancing user experience (increasing GMV and reorder rate), optimizing costs (courier earnings, shopper costs, support, and cancellations), and providing value to couriers (low RT defect rate & retention). All efforts align with these objectives. As an analyst in the Fulfillment team, you will collaborate with product, operations, and data science teams to diagnose core business issues, develop experiments, and implement solutions systematically, ensuring lasting impact.
