Se você tem as qualidades e a motivação para liderar você mesmo ou equipes, há funções prontas para cultivar suas habilidades e levá-lo(a) para o próximo nível. **Descrição do cargo**: **Talent Acquisition Specialist** **Location: Bogotá** **Grade: 10C** **JOB SUMMARY** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - This role provides clerical and administrative support to talent acquisition team (recruiter, sourcer) to coordinate hiring of the new employee. - Back-office processes applicants through the workflow, provides scheduling support to the hiring team, updates job requisition files, set up the job offer, makes the reference checks, and screenings. - Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly departmental reports - Prepares basic summary reports and presentations - Coordinates (in-person and virtual): interview scheduling, pre-employment assessments, and job requisition management. - Ensures pre-employment screening (i.e, background, employment reference) are timely and in accordance with established procedures. - Monitors background screening results and alerts Staffing Specialists of any issues in a timely manner. - Prepares detailed reports and spreadsheets - Provides support for various ad-hoc reports and HR initiatives, as necessary - Maintains confidentiality and sensitive security information - Supports HR policies, programs, and services - Maintains uniform best practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality - Performs administrative activities to ensure an organized flow of information and other tasks as assigned. **Preferred Competencies** - Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills - Problem solver capable of resolving routine and non-routine issues timely - Self-motivated; takes initiative and maintains focus - Exercises independent judgement, accuracy, and attention to detail - Displays strong organization with effective time management skills - Works independently, but also acts as a team player in a team environment - Demonstrates strong analytical skills with ability to review data and generate reports in Excel - Provides appropriate details when responding to questions - Maintains organized files - Demonstrates ability to quickly learn various business-related software systems **Minimum Qualifications** - STRONG verbal and written **ENGLISH and FRENCH** communication skills (Conversational 80% for both languages). - Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Minimal Studies: Bachelor's degree - Preferred. - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in US recruitment - Preferred. - Availability to work in a hybrid model 3 days a week from Bogotá office the other 2 will be at home. **Tipo de colaborador**: Permanente A UPS tem o compromisso de oferecer um local de trabalho no qual não aja discriminação, assédio e retaliação.
