You will be responsible for managing the supervisors and agents assigned to the team, in order to reach compliance and exceed the operational standards. You must constantly check the performance and quality of both supervisors and agents according to the established targets. What you’ll be doing: Daily follow-up to manage supervisors. Support, motivate, evaluate, and provide coaching to the team. Maximize team productivity. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Has a 90% and up English level. Has a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor or as a lead in sales or commercial accounts. Has experience/knowledge in digital marketing.
