Since 1978 Air Inuit has been providing scheduled, charter, cargo, and emergency air transportation services in Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of over 35 aircraft ranging from a Twin Otter 300 Series to a Boeing 737 200C, 300 and 800 and employs over 1000 employees in one of the most challenging flight environments. Air Inuit's Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to the company's essential mission of providing safe, timely and high-quality air service to the people living and doing business in the enchanting region of Northern Quebec. Duties And Responsibilities
Carry out all necessary functions pertaining to supervision and coordination of the Ticket Counter; Ensure that employees follow company’s policies and applicable regulations for the security and to comply with transportation regulations; Assure staff is trained and mentored; Respond to escalated customer inquiries; Coordinate with other departments; All other duties deemed necessary by the company in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Minimum 2 years’ experience in the airline industry in a similar position; Basic knowledge of Office software such as Word, Excel, Outlook; One year experience with the passenger check-in programs; Bilingual (English/Inuktituk) or (French/Inuktituk) or (French/English); Good communication skills both speaking and in writing; The capacity to offer an excellent customer service; Punctual and reliable; Available to travel occasionally for training; Available to work evenings, nights and weekends; If the position is filled locally, the work location will be Puvirnituq; If the position is not filled locally, the candidate will be considered as having no specific base.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Rotational position - 2 weeks of work followed by 2 weeks OFF. if the position is not filled locally - Air transportation from Montreal, Room & Board is included.
