About the Role Manages day-to-day operations of a sales team that works with select clients or client groups to achieve business goals and ensure effective resolution of all issues raised by the client. Experience in the energy sector — particularly in power generation or oil & gas — is highly valued. What you will do: Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in the Power Generationmarket. Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling Solar's productsand solutions; ensuring that customers receive a high level of service before and after business closing. Managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals; determining discount rates. Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and businessrelationship enhancement. What you have: Customer Focus : Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primaryconsiderations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customersolutions. Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatoryconsiderations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Decision Making and Critical Thinking : Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools andtechniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Business Development : Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches; ability to exploreand develop potential areas of business growth for the organization. Sales Forecasting : Knowledge of sales forecasting tools, skills and techniques; ability to estimate sales trends in themarket. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or equivalent experience desired. Bilingual Skill Requirement : Fluent usage of English and Spanish are required for this role.
