Key Responsibilities -Deliver high-quality service to users, offering timely andeffective solutions to requests and issues. - Lead and resolveincidents and requests across various operational areas. - Diagnoseand fix complex technical issues, advancing as needed whilefollowing defined advancing channels. - Work closely with teamsfrom different functions to ensure operational issues are addressedpromptly and efficiently. - Maintain and support hardware andsoftware infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. - Ensureincident management processes are followed, from initial reportthrough to resolution. - Develop and maintain documentation forfixing, operational procedures, and user guides. What we need tosee from you Profile Requirements - Technician, Technologist, orProfessional in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering,Software Engineering, or related fields. - Demonstrable experiencein providing on-site support as a support analyst in a similar ITenvironment. - Strong knowledge of operational workflows andsupport procedures. Required Skills - Expertise in equipmentmaintenance, both at the hardware and software levels, includingprinters, VPN, and technical diagnostics. - Experience withmanagement tools, equipment support, and incident managementsoftware. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Outstanding communicationskills and ability to effectively communicate with different teamsand users. - Ability to work under stress and handle challengingsupport situations efficiently. Preferred Skills - Familiarity withITIL frameworks and standard methodologies for incident management.- Experience in IT support in a large-scale, enterprise-levelorganization. - Ability to support a wide range of systems andplatforms.
