Evaluate and diagnose cement operations in the SCA&C; region, identifying areas of opportunity and continuous improvement, using indicators, process, and quality variables. Actively participate in the formulation, analysis, engineering, and development of projects of the Technical Regional department. **Minimum requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related. - 5 years’ experience in evaluation and diagnosis of processes and projects. - 5 years’ experience in the operational line (Production), planning, coordination, and auditing of processes. - Skills in communication, teamwork, and leadership. - Analytical thinking, results orientation, planification, organization, innovation and adapting to change. - Excel advanced. - English (B1+). **Desirable requirements**: - Postgraduate studies. - Process courses certificate.
