Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid work model Daily Responsibilities Lead Help Desk operations projects and ensure contracted services are implemented effectively. Stabilize the operations and/or projects assigned. Define requirements and propose operational models for efficient process functioning. Establish metrics to monitor operations and projects. Ensure service processes are met as per agreements. Prepare reports for the organization and clients. Develop practical plans including task analysis and continuous improvement strategies. Present reports and support business unit and client communications. Maintain financial health of projects. Candidate Profile Systems Engineering or related degree with proven experience in infrastructure project management. Required Skills and Certifications Experience managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies. Experience in client process management. ITIL v4 certification.
