Responsibilities: - Managing a team of engineers to ensure that technical projects are completed within the deadlines - Participate in the creation and optimization of internal management processes. - Communicating and collaborating with executives, clients, and team members to troubleshoot problems and keep projects on track - Define project responsibilities among team members - Conduct ceremonies for the teams ensuring the progress of the increment and assisting with any challenges the team may have. - Creation and monitoring of project metrics, providing relevant and insightful information - Gather requirements and conduct grooming meetings with clients/stakeholders to ensure the health of the backlog Requirements: - Has experience in software development companies - Previous experience in a project development or management role - Strong sense of accountability and leadership regarding decision-making and working closely with developers, designers, and clients - Ability to foresee challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively - Exposure to the startup work environment and agile/scrum development process - Excellent interpersonal communication and planning skills, with a strong focus on results - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - A knack for benchmarking and optimization. -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera Profesional 3 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Conocimientos: Desarrollo de producto, Gestión de proyectos, Agile Palabras clave: proyecto, lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente, home, casa, remoto, teletrabajo #J-18808-Ljbffr
