Responsibilities include: Supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems Managing IT system infrastructure and related processes Providing support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Handling Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem diagnosis and resolution Communicating status updates to management and internal customers Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, and installing/configuring network components Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience as a Systems Administrator in similar scope programs Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 5 additional years of relevant experience Active Security Clearance with Polygraph required Additional Information Pay Range: $116,000 - $160,000.
