Our organization in Bogotá is growing fast, and we're always looking for talented professionals to join our Order to Cash service line. Main responsibilities: Monitor order validation exceptions to ensure they are accurate and can be processed to the next stage of the process. Resolve issues related to order incompletion or system blocks based on business rules (products, customer segments). Block orders for delivery or billing when required, follow up to remove blocks once issues are resolved, and liaise with stakeholders (e.g., Distribution). Monitor blocked orders, perform modifications upon stakeholder requests (e.g., delivery date change, quantity change), identify reasons, and document changes. Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure proper stock allocation, manage exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation strategies for out-of-stock situations. Ensure deliveries and invoicing are completed within expected lead times and provide necessary documentation for shipments. Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing as directed by the Manager or Global Process Lead. About you Experience : Prior experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles. Skills : Strong communication skills, ability to interact with internal stakeholders, team player, proficient in SAP and Excel. Languages : Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. Why choose us?
