The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding. The Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning hires with company culture and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles. - Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. - Source candidates through databases, social media, referrals, networking, and job fairs. - Screen applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. - Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback. - Negotiate job offers, salaries, and start dates. - Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies. - Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) or in a similar talent acquisition role. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not always required).
