The Software Quality Engineer will work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing software systems, reviewing and analyzing documentation, specifications, and understanding business requirements. You will be involved in investigating, analyzing, and writing tests for reported defects, implementing best practices for test automation to optimize test execution efficiency, and contributing to test planning and strategy, collaborating with QA and development teams to define test objectives, scope, and schedules. Additionally, you will provide input on risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to automated testing, as well as proficiency in executing automated and manual test cases and accurately documenting test results. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - 4+ years of experience in software testing - Knowledge of automated testing methods and frameworks - Strong knowledge and experience in Web Services/API testing (REST API) - Knowledge in scripting and programming languages based on OOP.
