Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Industry: Logistic Full-time / Monday to Friday/ EST Time Zone /Remote Salary : $3.500.000 COP - $4.000.000 COP About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTR (Over-the-Road) Coordinator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to order entry, carrier selection, tracking, and delivery coordination. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is an excellent communicator, and has a solid understanding of transportation logistics, freight coordination, and carrier management. Responsabilities: Receive and type the orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately and prepared for dispatch. Publish the loads in the established programs to select the carrier that meets the specific requirements, thus guaranteeing the correct collection and delivery of the loads. Identify opportunities to hire drivers who meet the established requirements and optimize costs, in order to maximize the profit. Verify that the code and information of the driver assigned to carry out the charge complies with the companys security policies. Support the sales department in providing competitive and timely quotes for loads, considering details such as dimensions, addresses, weights and other relevant factors, in order to offer accurate rates and capture the business. Schedule the delivery or collection of the loads, based on the details provided by the customer and the cargo representative, ensuring that the agreed specifications and schedules are met. Monitor the status and location of carriers. Provide constant updates on cargo progress and delivery estimates, ensuring smooth and accurate communication with customers and other departments. Keep the load information updated in the systems established by the company and client, ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date. Address and solve problems proactively to minimize negative impacts. Review and verify that the charges applied to customers are correct and are aligned with the companys rates, ensuring the accuracy of these so that the administrative department can proceed with billing without errors. Maintain effective relationships with customers, carriers and other collaborators, ensuring that operations are carried out optimally and in accordance with established standards. Inform the supervisor about any information or recommendation that may contribute to improving and optimizing the companys activities or systems. Perform other functions as assigned by your supervisor and managers. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in OTR dispatching, logistics coordination, or freight management. Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (preferred but not required). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher). Proficient in logistics platforms (e.g., Load Boards, TMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
