Someone clever, switched-on, and excited to contribute to game development, content creation, and brand design. What’s the work You’ll be part of the team behind our most popular games — shaping packaging, visuals, and digital content that reach millions. One week it might be TikTok assets, the next a whole new game concept. It’s varied, fast-paced, and packed with learning. This is a remote opportunity, working closely with our UK-based creative leads. Who’s a great fit We work with people who are curious, driven, and sharp. You’re early in your design journey, but you’ve got initiative. You spot what’s missing, take ownership of problems, and enjoy figuring things out. You ask smart questions, take feedback well, and bring your best to every brief. We don’t micromanage — we give context, clarity, and trust. What you’d be doing Designing packaging, cards, instructions, and components Creating assets for TikTok, Amazon, and social content Supporting product mockups and visual concepts Contributing to brand and campaign design Bringing creativity, focus, and fast thinking to everything you do What helps you thrive here Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop A good eye for layout, colour, and typography Basic illustration ability (even if not polished) A portfolio that shows smart design decisions Clear communication and great organisation Nice to have Experience with AI tools like Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT Location & hours This is a remote role for someone based in Colombia .
