About the job: This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead product development and roadmap: manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs for development teams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the product’s value proposition. Collaborate cross-functionally: work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure timely delivery and quality: organize testing and feedback processes. Require 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana. Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, and JavaScript. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely. Experience defining and tracking KPIs; knowledge of A/B testing is a plus. Experience with AI and P2P projects is advantageous.
