Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect Reports to: President Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Service applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, Customer Experience (CX), and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and leadership in guiding development teams and business stakeholders. Essential Functions: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules. Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions. Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality. Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency. Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards. Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams. Duties/Responsibilities: Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud). Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs. Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia. The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving. Required Education and Experience: (Education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.) Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science - related field or commensurate experience required. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Service. Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) or Redwood UX Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
