Essential Functions for Service Team Associates: Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store. Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh, quality food. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, possibly rotating between positions—front counter, drive-through, or kitchen. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment.
