You’ll carry your own caseload while also acting as a key support to the Managing Paralegal—helping monitor deadlines, step in where needed, and serve as a go-to resource for the team. Compensation : 10 - $12 hourly Responsibilities : What You'll Do : Manage a caseload of immigration matters with precision and care. Step in on urgent or overflow matters, whether someone is out or a deadline is looming. Serve as second-in-command to the Managing Paralegal, helping keep the team's workflow smooth and on time. Offer day-to-day support and guidance to the paralegal team as a trusted peer and model. Collaborate on workflows for new case types—bringing your ideas and experience to the table. Identify issues early, troubleshoot, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications : What We're Looking For : 5+ years of hands-on immigration paralegal experience. Strong command of case management systems (Docketwise and / or Monday.com a plus) and legal processes. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required. A creative, solutions-oriented mindset—you enjoy solving problems and improving processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you like getting things right the first time.
