Purpose The Senior Analyst, Vendor Management contributes to Labour Services Contracts and invoices (assigned by assessment tools), including review and approval processes for TPM-managed suppliers within Technology, contract execution, invoice management, and pool management activities. The role ensures compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures, and supports the team’s strategic objectives. This role involves reviewing and validating contracts, managing invoice receipt and verification, data preparation from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle, and tracking to payment, as well as pool management activities. Accountabilities Perform contract validation, execution, closing activities, and update tracker database. Manage contract & invoice intake tools (e.g., JIRA, SmartBuy). Process contracts through bank’s contracting tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Icertis). Distribute published contracts to suppliers via email. Track all incoming and historical contract & invoicing data for KPI reporting. Receive, validate, and submit invoices for payment. Validate milestone deliverables (fixed-price contracts) and acquire approval for payments. Coordinate and resolve invoice & contract discrepancies. Maintain invoice records and track payments. Close contracts/Purchase Orders (PO). Contribute to bi-weekly/monthly contract and invoicing status reports. Manage and respond to group inbox requests/inquiries. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Act as a partner to internal stakeholders. Education / Experience / Other Information Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, business, or related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and entering data. Experience with Jira, Coupa SmartBuy, CMS Ariba, Icertis, Fieldglass, or similar tools is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with management. 2-3 years of experience in Contract & Invoice management. Proactive problem-solving skills. Understanding of IT Labour services and contractor onboarding processes. Strong organizational and time management skills.
