What you'll do? Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for new hires, upskilling, and leadership development. Lead and mentor a team of trainers and coordinators across different LOBs. Partner with operations, QA, and client teams to identify performance gaps and tailor learning solutions. Use data to drive decisions — measure training impact through performance metrics and learning analytics. Own the training lifecycle: curriculum development, learning paths, onboarding strategies, and post-training evaluation. Ensure training delivery meets quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Innovate — bring new tools, technologies, and methods (virtual, blended, microlearning) to enhance engagement and results. Report on training ROI, compliance, and performance trends to senior leadership. What you need to succed? 4+ years of experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the BPO/call center industry. Strong background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation. Experience managing training teams in dynamic, multi-client environments. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset — able to interpret KPIs and translate them into actionable training strategies. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools (Articulate, Canva, etc.), and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Bilingual (B2+ proficiency).
