Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes. Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain and update recruitment databases and records for accuracy and compliance. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to enhance recruitment operations and presentations.
