Responsibilities Position Purpose: Thisrole involves providing end-user support, ensuring compliance andsecurity of devices, enhancing end-user experience, and automatingworkflows across laptops, desktops and mobiles, for business and ITusers within the organization and across all global offices PrimaryAccountabilities/Responsibilities: - End-to-end applicationpackaging and distribution across Windows, macOS, iOS and Androidwith incorporating best practises and guidance - Performingsecurity patch management incl. workflow, processes, and proceduresthat adhere to security policies and standards for both operatingsystem and applications under the Endpoint estate - Devicemanagement, configuration and troubleshooting across Windows,macOS, iOS and Android platforms within Microsoft Intune for MDMand MAM - Sharing results, status and action planning within theEndpoint Engineering team collaboratively - Provides support foridentifying enhancements, defining requirements, and assistingleadership in the prioritizing, development, testing, andimplementation - Performs regular monitoring of the Endpoint estateto ensure efficient operation and performance, utilising EndpointAnalytics and other monitoring components within Admin 365 -Collaborating in partnership with Enterprise IT teams to assist inbuilding and maintaining self-service capabilities as well assupport and escalations - Creates training and supportdocumentation for the Service Desk, Desktop Support and End-Users,and internal support/guidance for the Endpoint Engineering team -Custom reporting within the Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)stack as well as other sources (Armis, Rapid7) for use by theEndpoint Engineering team as well as other Enterprise IT teams -Escalates critical situations when problems can’t be resolvedwithin established service criteria - Develops and completes workrequests as assigned in a timely manner and provide courteousservice delivery - Automates workflows and tasks to improveefficiency and reduce manual intervention - Undertake additionalsystems administration duties and tasks as needed by the team -Assists with change management requests end-to-end for successfulcompletion Qualifications To land this role you will need: -Evaluate critical systems, prioritize workflow, and determinesolutions. - Possess excellent written and verbal communicationskills. - Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies. -Read and comprehend technical manuals. - Perform tasks efficientlyusing a computer for extended periods - Foster positive andcollaborative working relationships with team members andsupervisors - Adapt to flexible working hours, including occasionalweekends and evenings, as needed - Exhibit a strong work ethic andmeticulous attention to detail - Remain composed and professionalin high-pressure situations - Operate effectively in a teamenvironment with both technical and non-technical team members. -2+ years of related experience in the Information Technologyindustry - 2+ years of experience managing a Microsoft Intuneenvironment - Financial services industry experience preferred butnot essential. - Effectively manage time, make decisions, useindependent judgment, establish priorities, and work on multipleinitiatives concurrently in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment -Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems -Intermediate knowledge of iOS, Android and macOS operating systems- Intermediate knowledge on application packaging and distribution,incl. applying best practises - Ability to use PowerShell to scriptrepeatable processes and workflows - Intermediate in reverseengineering/debugging techniques and toolsets (SysInternals suite,Procmon/ProcExp, WinDbg, Fiddler/Wireshark, browser developertools) - Application packaging and distribution best practices -Debugging/Reverse Engineering techniques - Enterprise Mobility +Security (EM+S) stack (Azure/Entra, Intune MDM/MAM, WindowsAutoPilot, MS Graph) - Intermediate experience with enterprisedirectory and directory integration services (AD, LDAP, ADFS, PKI)- Entry/intermediate knowledge of infrastructure security andnetworking - ITIL Processes and Procedures. Education - UniversityGraduate from an accredited university - Relevant certification incomputer related fields - ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or higher preferred- Must be authorized to work in Colombia for any employer.
