We're looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, retail, and customer success. Your Role in Action: Consult and Advise: Understand customer environments and business goals to design scalable, high-performance architectures (hardware sizing, clustering, load balancing, failover planning). Deploy and Configure: Lead the setup of cloud or on-premise systems—including peripheral devices—for optimal performance. Train and Empower: Equip customer technical teams with the skills and knowledge to manage installations, updates, and system administration independently. Optimize Performance: Fine-tune environments to deliver the best possible end-user experience, ensuring stability, speed, and resilience. Your Talent and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Understanding of retail operations and processes as well as experience in configuring and supporting Java POS retail devices (printers, scanners, scales, PIN pads, etc.) • Solid grasp of performance optimization and deployment best practices • Experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK Stack • Knowledge of enterprise databases: Oracle, SAP HANA, MSSQL • Exposure to application servers and frameworks like NetWeaver and Tomcat We as an international company welcome everyone, regardless of gender, skin color, religion or origin.
