Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of hands-on in production support and development Java scripting and/or Groovy scripting, SQL DB, SQL Server, FTP, XML Deep understanding of SQL Server Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: Performing configuration changes/updates to 3rd party products Provide production support, work on tickets, issues etc Develop and Maintain APIs, scripts Provide, improve, and enhance the stability of supported IT applications to business operations by gradually reducing tickets through root cause analysis and proposing permanent fixes to the respective team.
