Customer Experience & Client Success Manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to offboarding. Oversee contracts, onboarding, feedback collection, testimonials, and exit processes to enhance client satisfaction. Implement client engagement strategies such as rewards and personalized experiences. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Program & Event Coordination Manage the program calendar, including scheduling weekly events such as Office Hours & Special Sessions. Attend and support Office Hours & Special Events, tracking attendance and assisting the coach. Course & Resource Management Create and update course materials, including workbooks, resources, and documents. Administrative & CRM Management Maintain and update the CRM system , ensuring accurate client records and smooth operations. Track key metrics and maintain dashboards to measure client progress and operational efficiency. Manage and coordinate part-time (PT) coaches, ensuring alignment with company goals. Our Client Success Coordinator will bring: Proven customer-facing experience. Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, scheduling software, and dashboards. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
