You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. Responsibilities Preferably with studies in accounting or similar (in progress or completed) Proven experience as a bilingual assistant of at least six (6) months. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively High school diploma as a minimum. Detail orientation, excellent learning ability and good initiative committed and organized Bilingual English/Spanish level B2 or higher Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees in the organization, verbally and via email. Perform required work independently by collecting and organizing the necessary information. Taxes Experience in the US preferably.
