This is a foundational role in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success. Position Summary: The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative functions, manage accounting and HR processes, and support leadership in business operations. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in accounts receivable/payable, payroll, HR, and general office management —preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries . Key Responsibilities: Manage all office administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Handle accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations. Assist with payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. Coordinate with external accountants for monthly and year-end reporting. Maintain organized records for financials, HR, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Support leadership with scheduling, communication, document prep, and internal coordination. Help implement systems and tools to scale operations effectively. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of office management, accounting, or administrative experience. Strong background in accounts receivable/payable, bookkeeping, and payroll . Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and general accounting principles. Experience in construction, precast concrete, or manufacturing industries is a major plus. Comfortable managing HR functions and maintaining confidential records. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred Skills & Certifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field a plus but not required. Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Viewpoint) a plus. Notary public or HR certification (SHRM, PHR) is a bonus. Salary Range : $55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience and industry background. Hiring & Relocation Bonus : One-time cash bonuses available for top candidates relocating or bringing exceptional experience. Annual Performance Bonus : Based on personal and company-wide goals.
