In This Role, You Will Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM – This is the cornerstone of the role. It drives strategic infrastructure alignment with business needs and leverages key platforms. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow modules – Crucial for ensuring streamlined operations and achieving cohesive service delivery across systems. Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance – Guarantees reliability and responsiveness—key pillars for any robust IT environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans – Drives timely execution, resource coordination, and accountability across infrastructure initiatives. Provide expert guidance on Agile methodologies – Enhances workflow efficiency and ensures iterative value delivery in infrastructure projects.
