The Role of a Technical Account Manager, Suppliers: The Technical Account Manager, Suppliers oversees operational processes for integrating suppliers with Coupa customers. This includes initiation, configuration, testing, go-live activities, and ongoing support. The role also involves supplier account management, acting as the primary contact, managing pipelines, conducting business reviews, handling issues/escalations, facilitating growth, and owning the supplier account. Key Responsibilities: Technical Scope: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. Understand each integration project's scope. Coordinate communication among stakeholders. Maintain project management tools. Configure new integrations, test, and troubleshoot errors. Provide support for existing integrations. Improve operational activities and track KPIs. Supplier Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers, liaising with sales, integrations, and customers. Monitor sales data and pipelines for opportunities. Coordinate integration activities among stakeholders. Ensure timely operational activities per expectations and contracts. Act as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for technical issues. Conduct business reviews for strategic suppliers. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Support and onboard new suppliers into the Coupa Advantage program. Maintain prompt communication with suppliers and internal teams. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in Business Spend Management. Excellent communication skills. Strong relationship and account management skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Effective presentation skills. Quick learner in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
