Ver más Position: Technical Writer Consultant As a Technical Writer Consultant, you'll be part of an innovative engineering team. You should be an excellent communicator and writer in both Spanish and English, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them clearly and accessibly. You will be creative, think big, and be passionate about learning to educate our customers. Your main focus will be on creating documentation that helps users understand how to utilize our products effectively. Responsibilities: Scope, prioritize, investigate, and produce high-quality documentation articles for our User Guides. Collaborate with internal teams to understand product features and documentation needs. Test new product features and provide feedback. Host enabling sessions with cross-company partners about new features and enhancements. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English (B2, C1). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Formal education as an Engineering Professional. Knowledge of Web design: JavaScript, HTML, CSS. At least one year of experience in a corporate environment. Enjoy writing about technology. Desirable Skills: Experience or understanding of programming languages such as C++, C#, Python. Experience in documenting and maintaining product user guides. Knowledge of BPM and process automation. Working knowledge of GIT. AI knowledge.
