Job Title: RPA Developer We are looking for a talented and driven RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RPA tools, programming, and process mapping, with strong debugging skills to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Key Responsibilities • RPA Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate (preferred). • Programming Expertise: Utilize Python or VBA to create custom scripts and enhance automation capabilities. • Process Mapping: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document process flows for automation. • Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation workflows, ensuring smooth and error-free operations. • Optimization: Continuously enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency. • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for developed workflows and processes. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and IT teams, to deliver tailored automation solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath (mandatory) and Power Automate (preferred). • Proficiency in programming using Python or VBA. • Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow optimization. • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
