What Will You Do? This position is based in a back-office environment, with no direct interaction with customers. Instead, the focus is on continuous improvement of internal processes, contributing strategically to operational excellence through a collaborative and analytical approach. Who Are You? You have a High School diploma. You have 2+ years of customer service experience. Tier 2, floor support, and back-office experience are desirable. You are fluent in English (B2+) both written and verbal. You are fluent in virtual communications (Emails, Instant Messaging, and Calls).
