About the Project We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition, with an initial focus on the U.S. market. You’ll identify and qualify leads, maintain a CRM database, and collaborate with the Sales team to fuel business growth. Required skills: More than 1 year of experience in lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in IT or professional services. Advanced English level (B2+). Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot). Strong organizational and time management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics. Familiarity with IT industry services. Scope of work: Identify and research prospective clients through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, email campaigns, etc.). Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, tracking all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems. Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with ALLSTARSIT’s service offerings. Collaborate with the Sales team to hand off high-quality leads and support the sales process. Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Latin America and beyond.
