This role requires you to work onsite from our office in Salitre area. As an Automation Lead, you will report on-site to the Development Director and act as a Subject Matter Expert responsible for understanding and facilitating the full scope of the group's automation initiatives. Your Responsibilities You will propose and own small-medium scope automation strategies and implement them from start to finish. You will enable others to contribute to automation and support their learning journey. You will guide others in determining what and how to automate in their respective areas. You will recommend and help implement new tools or features to enable future efficiency opportunities. Quality and Data Analysis You will compile data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries to communicate status and risk. You will translate project metrics into data-driven decisions and strategies. You will use different testing methodologies and analyze feature sets for automation opportunities (Risk-based Testing, Data/AI-driven testing, and more). Collaboration and Communication You will be a communication bridge between development partners and QA teams. You will provide technical, quantitative, and qualitative feedback. You will represent the QA perspective in meetings, ensuring quality standards are prioritized. Mentorship and Team Support You will lead improvements and knowledge sharing across teams. You will mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies and professional growth. We require 3+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on scenario scripting and designing node-based workflows. You should have proven ability to train and support team members in automation tool adoption, and in identifying advanced automation opportunities.
