**JOB TITLE**:SAP Functional Lead - Record to Report (RTR) **LOCATION**:On site **TYPE**:Full-Time | Direct Hire **SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday **About the Role**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) process design, system configuration, and deployment activities. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand financial operations and translate them into SAP solutions. - Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather business requirements, map processes, and design future-state solutions. - Configure SAP systems (RTR-focused) and oversee offshore integration teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations. - Collaborate on data migration strategies and coordinate system testing (functional, integration, and UAT). - Support change management efforts, user training, and post-go-live stabilization activities. - Maintain system integrity and stay informed on SAP updates and best practices. **Qualifications**: - 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in SAP RTR. - Proven success with full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. - Expertise in SAP IS-Oil module integrations. - Proficient in SAP configuration across RTR components (e.g., MM, SRM). - Solid understanding of business process mapping and documentation. - Experience managing offshore functional teams and deliverables. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. - SAP certifications preferred. - Proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit. - Passion for technology and business transformation. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to excellence. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** **At ttg, "We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time," ttg OPT.
