About the role: The role is responsible for welcoming and registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about hotel facilities and services. It involves answering phone calls, coordinating special requests, resolving guest issues, managing check-out processes, and ensuring all transactions are accurate and efficient. The goal is to offer exceptional and personalized service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities: Efficiently and courteously check in guests, using their names whenever possible, and ensuring they receive the requested room type at the correct rate. Handle check-out procedures, verify guest satisfaction, collect keys, settle charges, and present invoices accurately using various payment methods. Assign rooms to reservations 48 hours in advance. Manage daily billing processes. Provide the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, fulfill special requests when possible, resolve complaints, and assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, staff, internal events, directions, etc. Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests both in person and by phone. Protect guest security and privacy, and maintain confidentiality of information handled at the front desk. Requirements: Professional, technical, technologist, or student in fields such as tourism and hotel management, service administration, business administration, foreign languages, or related areas.
