About the Role We're looking for a driven and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Analyst Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help shape how our products are positioned in the market—translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories and messaging that resonate with our customers. You’ll play a critical role in partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring new features and products to market, drive adoption, and fuel revenue growth. From crafting messaging and competitive insights to coordinating launch activities and creating internal enablement materials, you'll have a hand in all parts of the go-to-market process. What You’ll Do Messaging & Positioning Help develop clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the unique value of our services to key audiences Define and refine ideal customer profiles and target segments for different products and services Identify and test messaging strategies that drive customer acquisition, focusing on attracting new customers and highlighting the unique value of the product/service Develop messaging strategies that support customer retention, ensuring ongoing engagement and fostering long-term loyalty Go-to-Market & Product Launches Work closely with Product teams to understand new features, enhancements, and product releases, and translate that into customer-facing messaging delivered across marketing channels, sales materials, and support documentation Support planning and coordinating product and feature launches to ensure alignment with roadmaps and customer needs Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to build and execute go-to-market and launch strategies Track and report on key performance indicators for launches and product marketing initiatives Customer & Market Insights Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and buying behavior Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and product enhancements Analyze product performance data to uncover insights that drive strategic marketing and product decisions Marketing Assets & Internal Enablement Translate product updates into engaging customer-facing messaging across our dashboard, email, and other channels Develop internal enablement materials and tools that equip sales, marketing, and support teams with the resources they need to effectively promote, sell, and educate both customers and prospects Support the development of marketing collateral, including product pages, emails, video, and other content efforts Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that align with product goals and resonate with target audiences Seek out and develop customer testimonials, success stories, and industry references to enhance product credibility Identify opportunities for lead generation and campaign targeting Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related role, ideally in the technology or SaaS industry Exposure to go-to-market strategy, content creation, or campaign management is a plus Exceptional writing and communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical content into clear, persuasive messaging for broader audiences Passion for understanding customers—their needs, challenges, and experiences—and turning those insights into impactful marketing strategies and campaigns Comfortable engaging directly with customers and incorporating feedback into marketing efforts Strong project management skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels Understanding of web hosting, AI, website building, or similar products (preferred but not required) A curious and self-motivated mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing and campaign optimization
