Delivery Excellence through Leadership We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at Provectus, a Premier AWS partner specializing in Artificial Intelligence solutions. Our mission is to empower businesses by providing tailored applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex delivery projects, fostering collaboration among teams, and driving impactful business outcomes for our clients. Your Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead large-scale, agile-driven delivery projects, ensuring successful project management and client satisfaction. 2. Define and operate within an agile framework, incorporating estimation, backlog refinement, and partnering with product owners. 3. Conduct discovery sessions to solidify clients' vision, create future plans, and align technical resources for viable outcomes. 4. Promote change and improvement, leveraging empirical processes to drive continuous innovation. 5. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating and aligning on timelines, approaches, and outcomes. 6. Assume multiple roles, including quality assurance, business analysis, scrum master, DevOps, and UX, while maintaining a consulting mindset. 7. Address stakeholder concerns, manage risks, create mitigation plans, and resolve issues as the first escalation point. 8. Maintain open communication with Client Partners and Executives, keeping stakeholders informed on project status, risks, and updates. 9. Develop and deliver client presentations, showcasing discovery readouts, delivery plans, prototypes, POCs, and post-project reports. Your Qualifications: - A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience, agile project delivery, or consulting. - Profound knowledge of multiple agile methodologies, delivery frameworks, and project management tools. - Experience in leading complex technical deliveries with multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent listening, executive presence, and empathetic leadership skills. - Familiarity with budget and contract management, including burn rates, forecasts, and engagement models. - Technical acumen supporting data and analytics, cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), preferred. - Ability to identify risks proactively and align delivery strategies. - Passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction and customer success.
