FlyMSG **General Role Description** This role will function as an important resource to the team, building and growing the Marketing Automation & Operations organization. We need a hands-on operator who can help us build a strong technical foundation to amplify our messages to prospects and customers. **The focus of this position**: is on building the tools that enable us to deliver scaled communications to prospects and requires proficiency with technical platforms, marketing tools, and managing budgets and programs. Specifically, this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining the tech stack to reach prospects at scale, enabling lead capture, optimizing lead scoring, and maximizing the impact of programs within budget. **Responsibilities Include (but not limited to)** - Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead routing, field mapping, and optimizations of functionalities - Identify, implement, and manage new marketing technologies to improve our marketing performance while managing our existing marketing technology stack. - Ensure consistent tracking and routing workflows, troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, and other key marketing ops functions. - Provide strategic guidance on marketing automation campaigns for customers and internal marketing teams - Support the optimization of lead scoring and routing methodology to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates - Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing automation and actively drive, organize, and participate in key enhancements in all marketing technology - Quickly implement projects involving diverse and complex data relationships. - Manage the lead enrichment strategy for improving the quality of the database (prospect and customer) to enable effective segmentation and profiling - Ensure required data is captured at all buyer engagement stages and accurate multi-touch attribution is reported. - Work with the team to build marketing analytics reporting and develop insights to make recommendations on areas for optimization and improve performance benchmarks. - Provide support in defining, mapping, and documenting key marketing processes. - Develop new attribution and tracking methodologies that measure the ROI of new and existing marketing programs (i.e., paid, organic, field events, nurturing programs, etc.) - Lead and grow our analytics function, defining stages within the customer journey, establishing KPIs, unearthing actionable insights, and building/maintaining marketing dashboards/reports that illustrate progress against goals. - Manage database hygiene and optimization; develop/execute strategy for monitoring and improving gaps in data health and marketing automation performance - Implement and optimize lead/account scoring (behavioral, firmographic, and predictive models) and lead/account routing methodologies to ensure the highest quality leads are passed and prioritized appropriately for qualification - Work closely with the growth marketing, field marketing, and sales ops to ensure an airtight lead process from inquiry to closed revenue. **Qualifications, Experience, and Skills** - 3+ years experience in HubSpot marketing automation - Proficiency in marketing automation systems, familiarity with automation rules and triggers, with a strong understanding of downstream integration with CRM (i.e., HubSpot), plus your favorite marketing tools -- we want you to own this stack! - Experience building attribution models across different digital ad platforms, channels, devices, and media; experience measuring and forecasting program effectiveness including ROI, LTV/CAC, and pipe: spend ratios - Experience managing a budget and making ROI based decisions on programs to fund/sunset - Experience in B2B marketing - Experience working with sales teams - Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data sets, with proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Periscope, Tableau) a plus - Understanding data mining/warehousing and business intelligence processes is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment - Approaches projects with automation and scalability in mind - Go-Getter: you’re eager, resourceful, and constantly put yo
