Join our Finance Team in Colombia as a Business Finance & Project Controller for Middle Americas. Key Responsibilities: Order to Cash Support & Project Controlling Division: Ensure regulatory compliance for projects from registration to payment collection. Monitor operations, identify risks and opportunities, and analyze financial performance against initial projections. Productivity Promoter: Identify project deviations and non-conformance costs. Implement lessons learned to optimize processes, reduce errors, and improve productivity and competitiveness. Ensure Division Guidelines Implementation: Act as a regional ambassador for the division, ensuring all company guidelines and procedures are followed across all areas. Support Financial & Division Requirements: Provide information and management support locally and to HQ. Act as a Business Partner for operational departments (Market, Sales, Product, SCM, Service). Manage and Prioritize Demand: Handle internal and external requirements of the division. Support Division Reporting: Assist in executing division-specific reporting (LPT) and ensure timely delivery of reports. Budget & Forecast: Collaborate with the Financial Manager on budgeting and forecasting processes.
