In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns that nurture customer relationships, boost engagement, and drive conversions. Success in this position means creating impactful email strategies that consistently deliver measurable improvements in audience engagement and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to align email initiatives with broader organizational goals. Responsibilities Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, beehiiv, or Asana. Create compelling, audience-specific email content, ensuring high standards of quality and relevance. Manage subscriber databases, including list segmentation, tagging, and maintaining list hygiene to optimize deliverability and engagement. Develop and monitor automated email workflows such as drip campaigns, triggered emails, and personalized user journeys. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on subject lines, content, designs, and sending times to continually optimize email performance. Analyze email marketing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, deliverability), reporting insights and recommending improvements. Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) to ensure adherence and maximize effectiveness. Qualifications 2+ years of proven experience managing email marketing campaigns and automation. Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., beehiiv, HubSpot, Asana). Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating engaging and persuasive email content. Solid experience with audience segmentation strategies and subscriber list management. Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance tracking, interpreting data, and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing. Basic HTML and CSS skills for customizing and troubleshooting responsive email templates. Certifications such as HubSpot Email Marketing, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics are highly valued but not required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
