ContactPoint 360 Inc., is not just somewhere to get a pay cheque but a place where you can call your work home and thrive to your highest potential both professionally and personally. **Job Summary** Responsible for being the internal communication channel designing corporate activities that allow for integration thus ensuring that employees feel that they are in a good working environment. **Responsibilities and Duties.** - Plan and execute employee engagement programs. - Gather feedback, leading focus groups, sending and analyzing satisfaction surveys and helping to create communication channels to receive feedback from employees. - Be a communication channel and ambassador of the company to all employees. - Participate in and support corporate activities (CSW, Thanksgiving, christmas, etc). - Prioritize activities that may overlap with each other. design and activities with employees. - Communicate frequently with area leaders. - Understand and analyze operation metrics. - Maintain a positive attitude. - Perform designs/artwork for activities to be performed (CSW, Thanksgiving, christmas SG SST, etc). **Qualifications** - Higher education in, Social Communication or relevant field. - Previous experience in engagement and cultural activities **Conditions** - _Basic Salary: Between 3'000,000M and 4'000,000M.
