Role: Customer Experience (CX) Assistant You will support the operation of Rappi's integrated stores, serving as the first contact point for our partners and assisting in key tasks to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. No prior experience is required; we seek someone eager to learn, proactive, and with basic communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include: Basic partner support: Providing initial support, resolving common doubts, or routing cases to the appropriate team. Case follow-up: Assisting in registering, updating, and tracking requests or incidents reported by stores. Clear communication: Interacting kindly and effectively with partners and internal teams to provide case visibility. Operational tasks: Collaborating on simple processes related to integration management, orders, or basic technical support. Documentation and feedback: Properly recording interactions and sharing learnings to improve continuously. Requirements: Final-year students or recent graduates in Administration, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Intermediate English level (able to read documentation and hold basic conversations). Proactive attitude, customer-focused, eager to learn. Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing, fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Portuguese (desirable but not mandatory). Interest in data analysis; basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn is valued. Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
