What You Will Do Operate and support cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, networking, security). Support deployments across staging and production environments. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform. Configure and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes. Support customer-facing EHR integrations, including VPN setup, troubleshooting, SFTP configuration (AWS Transfer Family), and assist in Mirth-to-IRIS migrations (training provided). Participate in incident detection, diagnosis, resolution, and post-mortem processes. Monitor systems and respond to alerts using observability tools like New Relic and Wavefront. Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams. Participate in a global on-call rotation. Ensure all infrastructure activities comply with HIPAA and GDPR regulations. Must Haves 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles. Experience with AWS infrastructure and related services. Strong understanding of VPN tunneling, SFTP, and networking basics. Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
